Rock Solid Construction is growing and is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations. If you enjoy meeting people, working in a fun retail environment, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to meet you!
No construction experience is required—we provide all the training.
What You'll Do
- Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services
- Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners
- Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking
- Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly
Compensation
Top performers can earn $20–$30+ per hour, with even higher earnings through sales bonuses.
Schedule
- Flexible 5–6 hour shifts
- Day, evening, and weekend opportunities available
- Consistent weekly schedule
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Comfortable starting conversations with customers
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
